But I CAN NOT get your Cyclone font to work in my design application and I only bought one license. May I:

A) Move it to my other computer to test it in yet another design application so long as I promise on bended knee not to keep it on there for longer than a day?

B) Delete it from computer #1 and move it to computer #2, play around with it for a while then delete it from computer #2 and move it back to computer #1?

OR

C) Just do whatever the hell I want?

All kidding aside guys, the last thing I want to do is to get jacked-up by a type foundry. Do you know how embarrassing that would be? Can you imagine explaining that to people? Have you ever tried explaining font licensing to your mother or similar persons who don’t even realize that they are not even supposed to be sharing music? Yes, it would be just like that.

UPDATE:

Dear Hoefler & Frere-Jones,

It would seem that I am an idiot. Unlike my other desktop publishing program on computer#2 where the font displays as three separate, individual font files, the design application on computer #1 displays it as two fonts, with the “inline” being in the drop-down menu. You may now all go back to sipping your lattes and being totally awesome.

Love, Teresa

P.S. I think Requiem is the most beautiful font I have ever seen.

Not that I compare myself to them. Them with their “big-time” clients and multi-million dollar accounts… but I digress.

What have I been doing I hear you ask… or not.

Well take a look at my last few blog posts and you will see what. These subway posters have practually taken over my life.

And how I scoffed sarcastically when I read about graphic designers taking on a summer intern. Hello, pure genius. Lord, what I wouldn’t pay just for someone to come in for a couple of hours a week to just handle the mail… and the pickups from the printer… and to run to Starbucks.

Thanks for the interest in the Richmond neighborhood “Subway” prints. Sorry I couldn’t be there to meet you all today, but I am a bit under the weather at present and must stay close to home. My aunt told me about all the nice comments and such and I really do appreciate them.

Not to worry, I will have more prints on the way and my aunt’s booth will be in the same location for the coming weeks, so if you didn’t get a chance to get your print today, you can still get one there next week and the weeks to come.

I also do custom orders (I charge a bit more for those, I’m afraid) and I do sell a slightly different Richmond Neighborhood print online, but the print that was available today is exclusive to the South of the James market show. So, drop me a line if you’d like a custom print or visit my online store for the version one print.

Again, thanks a lot for your interest!
